Robert Stephen Moore
Born: 1956, Illinois, USA
Robert Stephen Moore is a painter of pop-art whose work focuses on a unique and colorful view of the familiar.
Robert's background and education is in the scientific side of Geography, particularly Cartography and Satellite image processing.  
After retirement, Robert discovered painting and is self-taught. He now reaches deep into his experience with computer graphics to help him visualize the subjects he paints.              Using texture and color, Robert creates realistic images of what interests him.
Robert works daily in his mountain home studio in Sylva, North Carolina and an apartment in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the winter and on his farm in Lisbon, New Hampshire in the summer. He is actively building a portfolio of diverse subject matter, always looking for new and interesting material.
